Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of skincare and fragrance products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure safety and authenticity for all customers.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

- An incorrect item was delivered
To initiate a request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims raised without proper proof may not be eligible for review.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Change-of-mind purchases

- ● Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell opened cosmetic products.
3. Refund Process
If your request is approved:

- ● Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- ● For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details may be required
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our end.
